Ind. Code § 33-35-4-1

City and town court; sessions

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.14.
  1. (a) A city court judge shall hold regular sessions of the city court at a place to be provided and designated by the legislative body of the city.

  2. (b) A town court judge shall hold sessions of the town court as the business of the court demands at a place to be provided and designated by the legislative body of the town.
