Ind. Code § 33-33-82-6

Magistrates

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12. Amended by P.L.25-2019, SEC.2.
  1. (a) The judges of the Vanderburgh superior court may jointly appoint not more than five (5) full-time magistrates under IC 33-23-5 .

  2. (b) A magistrate continues in office until jointly removed by the judges.
