Effective 7-1-2021.

1. (b) The first judge of Delaware circuit court No. 6 shall:

   1. (1) be elected at the November 2022 general election;
   2. (2) take office January 1, 2023; and
   3. (3) serve a term of six (6) years.
2. (c) This section expires January 1, 2029.

Sec. 2.1. (a) Notwithstanding section 2 of this chapter, Delaware circuit court No. 6 is established January 1, 2023.
