1. (a) There is created within the office of chief justice the office of judicial administration.

2. (b) The office consists of two (2) divisions, entitled:

   1. (1) supreme court administration; and
   2. (2) state court administration.

3. (c) The division of supreme court administration shall be headed by a supreme court administrator. The division of state court administration shall be headed by an executive director.
