Ind. Code § 33-24-3-3

Seal

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.3.
  1. (a) The supreme court shall have a seal that is devised by the justices of the supreme court.

  2. (b) A description of the seal shall be recorded in the office of the secretary of state.
