Ind. Code § 33-23-16-18

Authority of the office of judicial administration to revoke the certification of a problem solving court; implementation authority

The office of judicial administration may:

  1. (1) revoke the certification of a problem solving court if the office of judicial administration determines that the problem solving court does not comply with rules adopted under this chapter and applicable federal regulations; and
  2. (2) enter into agreements or contracts with:

    1. (A) another department, authority, or agency of the state;
    2. (B) another state;
    3. (C) the federal government;
    4. (D) a state educational institution or private postsecondary educational institution; or
    5. (E) a public or private agency;

      to implement this chapter.
