As used in this chapter, "document" or "documents" means an electronic record (as defined in IC 26-2-8-102 ) or information that is:

1. (1) inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form; and
2. (2) eligible to be recorded in the land records maintained by a county recorder.
