The:

1. (1) acknowledgment's or proof's certificate of an instrument as required under this article and IC 33-42-9-12 ;
2. (2) instrument; or

3. (3) transcript of the instrument;

   is not conclusive and may be rebutted and the force and effect of it contested by a party affected by the instrument.
