Ind. Code § 32-18-2-1

Applicability of chapter

As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.3.
  1. (a) This chapter applies to all transfers made and obligations incurred after June 30, 1994.

  2. (b) This chapter does not apply to a transfer made or an obligation incurred before July 1, 1994.
