Establishment of competitive grant program

As added by P.L.101-2022, SEC.32. Amended by P.L.122-2025, SEC.9.
  1. (a) The juvenile behavioral health competitive grant program may be established, subject to available funding.
  2. (b) The program shall be administered by the Indiana criminal justice institute (as described in IC 5-2-6 ).
