Notice to prosecuting attorney of reports involving child's death
As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.16.
The law enforcement agency shall:
- (1) give telephone notice; and
(2) immediately forward a copy;
of reports made under this article that involve the death of a child to the appropriate prosecuting attorney.
