Ind. Code § 31-19-25-13 – Fee for expenses

(a) The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter:
1. (1) A licensed child placing agency.
2. (2) The court.
3. (3) The department.
4. (4) A local office.
5. (5) A professional health care provider.
6. (6) The Indiana department of health, except as provided in subsection (b).
(b) The Indiana department of health may not charge a fee for filing a contact preference form under this chapter.
