"Principal" means:

1. (1) an individual:

   1. (A) who is:

      1. (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age;
      2. (ii) emancipated; or
      3. (iii) currently serving in the United States military; and

   2. (B) includes an individual acting as a:

      1. (i) trustee;
      2. (ii) personal representative; or
      3. (iii) fiduciary;
2. (2) a corporation;
3. (3) a limited liability company;
4. (4) a trust; or

5. (5) a partnership;

   who signs a power of attorney granting powers to an attorney in fact.
