The election division and each county election board may prepare and publish annual compilations of:

1. (1) total amounts expended according to categories it determines and broken down into:

   1. (A) candidate;
   2. (B) party;
   3. (C) legislative caucus committee; and

   4. (D) political action committee;

      expenditures on the state, legislative, and local levels;

2. (2) total amounts expended for influencing nominations and elections stated separately; and

3. (3) total amounts contributed according to categories of amounts it determines and broken down into contributions on the state, legislative, and local levels for candidates and committees.
