Cancellation of registration; move to another state

As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.53.

  1. (a) This section applies only to a person who has:

    1. (1) moved from Indiana to another state; and
    2. (2) executed an affidavit under IC 3-10-10 .
  2. (b) Execution by a person of the affidavit under IC 3-10-10 constitutes authorization by the person to cancel the person's registration in the county of the person's former residence.
