Beginning not later than January 7, 2016, the secretary of state and the co-directors of the election division shall provide the information regarding:

1. (1) the location of polling places and vote center locations; and

2. (2) the:

   1. (A) names of candidates who; and

   2. (B) public questions that;

      will appear on ballots in an election;

      necessary for Indiana to participate in the Voting Information Project sponsored by The Pew Charitable Trusts.
