- (a) In addition to the reports required for the statewide voter file, the county voter registration office shall file a report with the election division not later than noon January 31 of each year.
(b) The report must include the following:
- (1) Any revisions to the county NVRA implementation plan adopted during the preceding year.
- (2) Other data prescribed by the division.
