If the election division dismisses a complaint under section 13 of this chapter, the election division shall provide a copy of this determination to:

1. (1) the person who filed the notice by first class mail with tracking;
2. (2) the person alleged to have committed the violation by first class mail with tracking;
3. (3) the members of the commission by placing the copy on file at the election division; and
4. (4) the attorney general by electronic mail.
