Ind. Code § 3-5-2-16.2

"County voter registration office"

"County voter registration office" means the following:

  1. (1) A board of registration established under IC 3-7-12 .
  2. (2) A board of elections and registration.
  3. (3) The office of the circuit court clerk, in a county in which a board has not been established under subdivision (1) or (2).
