Ind. Code § 3-5-1-1

Application of title to certain elections

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.1.

This title applies to each election at which the electorate of the state or a political subdivision:

  1. (1) nominates or chooses by ballot public officials; or

  2. (2) decides a public question lawfully submitted to the electorate.
