The call for a meeting under section 3, 4, 5, or 6 of this chapter must:

1. (1) be in writing on a form prescribed by the election division;
2. (2) state the name of the chairman of the meeting;
3. (3) state the purpose of the meeting;
4. (4) state the date, time, and place of the meeting;
5. (5) be sent by first class mail, at least ten (10) days before the meeting, to all persons eligible to participate in the meeting; and

6. (6) be filed not later than noon ten (10) days before the meeting with the official who is required to receive a certificate of candidate selection following the caucus under section 15 of this chapter.
