Petition for recount; filing fee; cause number

Upon the filing of a petition under section 2 of this chapter, the circuit court clerk shall:
- (1) require payment of the filing fee under IC 33-37 ; and
- (2) assign the petition a cause number as a miscellaneous civil action.
