Void ballot

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.8. Amended by P.L.3-1987, SEC.336.

A ballot on which a voter writes:

  1. (1) the voter's name;
  2. (2) the voter's initials;
  3. (3) a number; or
  4. (4) a symbol (such as a star, circle, parallel lines, dots, or any combination of such symbols), if written with the intent to enable a person to determine who cast the ballot;

    is void.
