This article applies to:
- (1) a county subject to IC 3-11.5-4-0.5 ; or
- (2) a county whose county election board, by unanimous vote of the board's entire membership, has adopted a resolution under IC 3-11.5-5-1 or IC 3-11.5-6-1 .
