Ind. Code § 3-11-9-1

Application of chapter

This chapter applies to:

  1. (1) each precinct; and

  2. (2) absentee voting, including the casting of an absentee ballot before an absentee voter board:

    1. (A) in the office of the:

      1. (i) circuit court clerk; or
      2. (ii) board of elections and registration; or

    2. (B) at a satellite office established under IC 3-11-10-26.3 .
