- (a) Not later than fourteen (14) days following notice of final approval of a precinct establishment order by the commission under section 18(f) of this chapter, the county executive shall give notice of the approval by one (1) publication under IC 5-3-1-4 .
- (b) The county executive shall file one (1) copy of the notice published under subsection (a) with the co-directors.
