Ind. Code § 3-11-13-2

Permissible use of system; generally

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7. Amended by P.L.3-1987, SEC.303.

A county election board may use an approved ballot card voting system:

  1. (1) in any election;
  2. (2) in all or in some of the precincts within a political subdivision holding an election; and

  3. (3) instead of or in combination with any other voting method.
