Before depositing an absentee ballot in a ballot box, the inspector shall:

1. (1) notify the challengers and the pollbook holders that the inspector is about to deposit an absentee ballot; and

2. (2) provide the challengers and pollbook holders with the name and address of the absentee voter so that the voter may be challenged under this article.
