Ind. Code § 28-10-3-1
"Corporation"
As added by P.L.30-2024, SEC.6.
As used in this chapter, "corporation" means any:
- (1) bank;
- (2) trust company;
- (3) corporate fiduciary;
- (4) savings bank;
- (5) savings association;
- (6) industrial loan and investment company that maintains federal deposit insurance;
- (7) credit union; or
(8) bank of discount and deposit;
organized or reorganized under the laws of this state.
