1. (a) The association's coverage obligations under this chapter with respect to a member insurer that has a coverage date before March 28, 2006, are not affected by changes made by P.L.193-2006.
2. (b) The association's coverage obligations under this chapter with respect to a member insurer that has a coverage date before March 28, 2006, are governed by this chapter as it existed on January 1, 2006.
3. (c) The amendments made during the 2013 regular session of the general assembly to section 2.1 of this chapter do not apply to a member insurer that has been placed under an order of rehabilitation or liquidation before January 1, 2013.
4. (d) The amendment made during the 2013 regular session of the general assembly to section 2.3(e) of this chapter does not apply to a member insurer that has a coverage date before January 1, 2012.
5. (e) The amendments made during the 2013 regular session of the general assembly to section 2.3(f) of this chapter do not apply to a member insurer that has been placed under an order of rehabilitation or liquidation before January 1, 2013.
