- (a) This chapter applies to a personal automobile or homeowner's policy that is issued, delivered, amended, or renewed after June 30, 2026.
- (b) This chapter does not apply to notices required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.).
