"Telehealth services"
As added by P.L.185-2015, SEC.26. Amended by P.L.85-2021, SEC.31.
"Telehealth services" means health care services delivered by use of technology allowed under IC 25-1-9.5-6 , including the following:
- (1) Medical exams and consultations.
- (2) Behavioral health, including substance abuse evaluations and treatment.
