- (a) A withdrawal of consent by a party does not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of a notice or document that is electronically delivered to the party before the withdrawal of consent is effective.
- (b) A withdrawal of consent by a party is effective thirty (30) days after the insurer receives notice of the withdrawal.
- (c) An insurer's failure to comply with section 3(d)(4) of this chapter is, at the election of the party, considered to be a withdrawal of the party's consent under this chapter.
