1. (a) As used in this chapter, "ORSA guidance manual" refers to the current version of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment Guidance Manual of the NAIC.

2. (b) As used in subsection (a), "current version" means the version containing:

   1. (1) all changes that were made before; and

   2. (2) no changes that were made on or after;

      January 1 of the current calendar year.
