An individual who is licensed under this chapter shall comply with the requirements of:

1. (1) the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts published by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or its successor; or
2. (2) another professional and ethical set of rules for behavior analysts published by an entity approved by the committee.
