Effective 7-1-2023.

1. (b) Any rules adopted by the Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners before July 1, 2023, are considered, after June 30, 2023, rules of the board.

Sec. 26. (a) Any reference in a law, rule, license, permit, registration, certification, order, agreement, or other document to or by the Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners shall be treated after June 30, 2023, as a reference to the board.
