1. (b) Subject to IC 25-1-6.5-3 , the board consists of seven (7) members appointed by the governor.
2. (c) One (1) of the board members must be a registered veterinary technician.
3. (d) One (1) of the board members must be appointed to represent the general public.
4. (e) Not more than four (4) board members may be affiliated with the same political party.

5. (f) A board member may be removed under IC 25-1-6.5-4 .

Sec. 1. (a) The Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners is established.
