1. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:

   1. (1) Forms necessary for applications.
   2. (2) Creation of a committee to assist the board with the administration of podiatrist's assistants and supervising podiatrists under IC 25-29-8 .
   3. (3) Areas that are necessary to implement this act.

2. (b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the following:

   1. (1) The establishment of fees under IC 25-1-8-2 .
   2. (2) The retirement or surrender of a license.
   3. (3) Granting an inactive license and procedures for reinstatement of an inactive license.
