"Physician designee" means a physician:

1. (1) who:

   1. (A) works in; or

   2. (B) is trained in;

      the same practice area as the practice area of the collaborating physician; and

2. (2) to whom responsibility for the collaboration with a physician assistant is temporarily designated when the collaborating physician is unavailable.
