As used in this chapter, "protocol" means a policy, procedure, or protocol of a health facility concerning:

1. (1) the adjustment of a patient's drug regimen as allowed under this chapter by; or

2. (2) other patient care services delegated to;

   a pharmacist licensed under this article.
