As used in this chapter, "compendium" refers to:
- (1) the United States Pharmacopoeia;
- (2) the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States;
- (3) the National Formulary;
- (4) a drug approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration; or
- (5) a supplement to a document specified in subdivision (1), (2), or (3).
