- (b) The board may not prohibit a nursing education program from submitting an application for accreditation to the board before being authorized by the board for proprietary education (established by IC 21-18.5-5-1 ).
- (c) The board shall review and approve or deny a nursing education program's application for accreditation within ninety (90) days of being authorized by the board for proprietary education (established by IC 21-18.5-5-1 ) unless the nursing education program, after receiving authorization from the board of proprietary education, requests additional time from the board before the board's review of the application.
Sec. 7.2. (a) As used in this section, "nursing education program" means a nursing education program that is required to be authorized by the board for proprietary education (established by IC 21-18.5-5-1 ).
