An official action of the board is valid only if the action is adopted by at least six (6) of the board's members. However, cemetery members may not vote on any matter involving section 9 of this chapter, and funeral director members may not vote on any matter involving section 10 of this chapter. When either cemetery or funeral director members are ineligible to vote, an official action of the board is valid if the action is adopted by at least four (4) of the board's members.
