Practice of funeral service or operation of funeral home without license; infraction

  1. (a) This section does not apply to a person acting as an exempted person.
  2. (b) A person that engages in the practice of funeral service without a license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction.
  3. (c) A person that operates a funeral home without a funeral home license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction.
