Ind. Code § 25-13-1-3

Necessity of license; Class B misdemeanor

  1. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to practice dental hygiene in Indiana without a license from the board authorizing that person to practice dental hygiene in this state.
  2. (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.
