The following terms are defined for this chapter:

1. (1) "Agency" means the Indiana professional licensing agency established by section 3 of this chapter.

2. (2) "Board" means any agency, board, advisory committee, or group described in IC 25-0.5-5 or IC 25-0.5-7 .
