Ind. Code § 24-5-24-1

"Consumer"

As added by P.L.104-2007, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "consumer" means an individual:

(1) whose principal residence is in Indiana; and
(2) whose credit information and history is recorded in a consumer report.
