"Executive" means any of the following, as applicable:

1. (1) With respect to a corporation, a person who is or performs the duties of the:

   1. (A) president;
   2. (B) chief executive officer;
   3. (C) treasurer; or

   4. (D) chief financial officer;

      of the corporation.

2. (2) With respect to a partnership, a partner authorized to act on behalf of the partnership.
3. (3) With respect to a limited liability company, a member of the limited liability company who has not had the member's authority to act on behalf of the limited liability company revoked.
