Ind. Code § 24-12-9-1
After December 31, 2016, a person may not regularly engage (as determined in accordance with the number of transactions set forth in IC 24-4.5-1-301.5 (39)) in the business of making CPAP transactions in Indiana unless the person obtains, and maintains on an annual basis, a CPAP license issued by the department under IC 24-4.5-3 .
