1. (a) The department of financial institutions may enforce this article.

2. (b) With respect to CPAP transactions and CPAP providers, the department has all powers of administration, investigation, and enforcement set forth in:

   1. (1) IC 37-2-7 ; and

   2. (2) IC 28-11-4 ;

      including the authority to levy a civil penalty.
